Robert Carothers is a member of the firm's Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. He practices in the areas of general corporate law, financial institutions regulation, and mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted financial institutions in numerous acquisitions. Mr. Carothers also has experience in organizing de novo banks and bank holding companies, financial privacy matters, charter conversions, affiliate transactions, change in bank control issues, executive compensation, and compliance with various bank regulations such as BSA and TILA, as well as other areas of financial institution regulation.
