Bill Joyce is a board certified aviation law specialist. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, the Florida Bar in 1995, and the Texas Bar in 2006. Mr. Joyce joined Jones Walker after retiring from the United States Navy in 1988, where he was a Naval Aviator and Surface Warfare Officer. His practice is predominantly litigation related to commercial aviation and product liability matters for aircraft engine and component manufacturers. He is a commercial pilot, helicopter and fixed-wing, and instrument rated. He has handled numerous bench and jury trials in state and federal courts in Louisiana, Texas, and Florida.
